Our Tactical Cleaning unit specializes in dedicated fixed and mobile railcar and tanker truck cleaning services and has operations in Colorado, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Montana with near-term plans to expand into other key rail centers.

Our MV unit designs and develops technology-based environmental solutions and renewable energy alternatives to businesses and municipalities that must meet increasingly stringent regulations governing the release of vapors and odors into the atmosphere.

SEER has extensive experience in all aspects of the oil industry from drilling to clean-up. Our team's depth of experience in drilling provides our clients the confidence that we exceed expectations and ensure environmental regulations are maintained. Many from our management team sit on boards of oil & gas exploration & production companies, consult with the largest drilling companies, and conduct drilling rig audits worldwide on both off-shore and land based drilling rigs. Moreover, SEER is currently operating in the Middle East and has become a registered vendor with several of the largest oil companies in the region. Our affiliate there has vast experience in large-scale logistic support for large scale drilling projects and oil field services. Additionally, SEER works with multiple operating partners with vast experience in exploration and production all over the world, including the Middle East.  These partners include SRM Group and Gly-Tech.
